My Self Employment Journey

At the end of 2021, I was approach by the CEO of a Company called Event horizon. They offered me the role of Lead Developer for their VR Division for their future project. So began my journey with Event Horizon down my first official years of VR development

Event Horizon - The Zombie Gallery

For my first project with Event Horizon was approach by the university of Liverpool to create a virtual space that graduates could post and display while still being under lockdown rules and regulations. So with my Game Design background and the clients input we put together the idea of an old abandon video game level being the host environment for the gallery. This project took 3 months to develop and below you can see the final product

The Hill - Terry Duffy

For my next project I worked with Terry Duffy who is an independent international artist with a reputation for unique, challenging work. He has exhibited in London, Paris, Berlin, Cape Town, Dresden, Philadelphia, New York, Liverpool and more. He Approached me and my Business partner James Murphy from Event Horizon with a request to build a VR Experience that encapsulated his latest art piece "The Hill" based on a Welsh hill Named The Vardre, which hold vast historical and cultural relevance to Britain. This project took 6 months to develop and below you can see the results of my work
